Our commission structure is designed so that our landlords receive rental income as soon as their tenants move in — with fees deducted directly from the rent. This means no hidden costs, no upfront surprises, and a steady income from day one.

As proud members of The Property Ombudsman (TPO), we adhere to its Government-approved Codes of Practice, ensuring landlords and tenants have access to an independent redress scheme for complete peace of mind. In addition, as regulated members of ARLA Propertymark and RICS, all client monies are fully protected under the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme. You can be assured that your money will always be safe in our hands.

1. Premium Management Service

18% (21.6% incl. VAT)

  • Full property management
  • Rent collection & accounting
  • Day-to-day repairs & maintenance
  • Compliance monitoring (EPC, Gas Safety, EICR, etc.)
  • 24/7 emergency tenant support
For major works above £500, a 10% (12% incl. VAT) project management fee applies. For large-scale refurbishments over £2,500, a bespoke fee (up to 20%) is agreed in advance.

2. Full Management Service

16% (19.2% incl. VAT)

  • All of the above, minus premium project oversight
  • Additional landlord charges apply for professional inventory, tenant check-in/out, and safety certification.

3. Rent Management Service

11% (13.2% incl. VAT)

  • Rent collection only
  • Landlords handle tenant management and property maintenance
  • Additional compliance services available on request.
